How your plan actually gets chosen

Medication decisions belong with a medical provider licensed in your state — not with a pricing page. After your 3–5 minute check, you’ll complete a health history online. A medical provider reviews it and, if treatment is appropriate for you, recommends a medication and dose. You see your exact price and confirm your plan before anything is charged — and your treatment ships only after your provider approves it.

You stay in control: cancel any time — future cycles stop billing. Past payments are not refundable. Plans renew every 28 days (13 cycles per year); multi-week plans are billed once per term. No surprise price hikes — if pricing ever changes, you’ll know in advance.

Important information about compounded medications: Ladies First is a women’s telehealth platform and does not provide medical services; all medical care is provided by our medical provider partner, an independent network of US-licensed medical providers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, efficacy, or quality before they are marketed. They are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under USP <795>/<797> standards. Ozempic®, Zepbound®, and Wegovy® are FDA-approved medications; compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not the same products. Clinical trial data referenced applies to the FDA-approved branded products. Individual results vary. Treatment availability varies by state and is decided solely by a medical provider licensed in your state. 100% self-pay; prescription medications require medical evaluation and are prescribed only when appropriate.
